Boiler went out of action overnight, phoned Village Heating at 8am the next morning and engineer arrived at 10am. Felix was professional, courteous, friendly and really knows his stuff. Turned out I needed a new pump which Felix already had in his van and promptly fitted - boiler and heating back up and running in an hour. You know you've chosen the right company when the inspector says 'I wish all installers were this good' a great investment and a great company. Well done to all at Village.
