Kudos to Village Heating/Plumbing (East Sussex) !  We had an antique brass bath tap that had worn through with no obvious replacement parts to source.  Either rip out and start again, or find a way to fix and Jake from the valiant Village Plumbing team found a creative way to fix, repair and put back to full working order. The boiler service carried out by Jake was first class. He was prompt and very professional. He gave a very clear description of the work he would be carrying out, including extra work I requested, and answered my queries clearly. I now feel well prepared for the approaching autumn and winter months.

Village Heating has been servicing my oil boiler for many years now. I have found all the engineers to be very polite and friendly. Fantastic service. Steve was able to find the problem with my boiler, ordered a new valve and fixed it.
