Kudos to Village Heating/Plumbing (East Sussex) ! We had an antique brass bath tap that had worn through with no obvious replacement parts to source. Either rip out and start again, or find a way to fix and Jake from the valiant Village Plumbing team found a creative way to fix, repair and put back to full working order. A much better and cost effective solution - so massively appreciated support here !

The boiler service carried out by Jake was first class. He was prompt and very professional. He gave a very clear description of the work he would be carrying out, including extra work I requested, and answered my queries clearly. I now feel well prepared for the approaching autumn and winter months.

I have used Village Heating for boiler servicing for many years and recommend them unreservedly.

VHC had been recommended by neighbour. I booked repair to outside tap and boiler service in next few days.. Very efficient admin. and the men for both jobs were polite, friendly, efficient and tidy. We will certainly use again.

Village Heating has been servicing my oil boiler for many years now. I have found all the engineers to be very polite and friendly. Jake who visited me today to fix a leaking isolating valve did an excellent job in solving the problem. An exceptional company who have never let me down. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Steve Bashford.Went the extra mile for a really old boiler.Much appreciated.Hope you have other engineers who put the customer first without trying to flog new boilers. His attitude was if it ain't broke don't fix it.Love that response & will use them again. No question.

Fantastic service. Steve was able to find the problem with my boiler, ordered a new valve and fixed it. It's an old boiler and I suspect someone less experienced who had not worked on that model before would have given up and told me to get a new boiler. 100% recommended, really happy.
